Freezing Rain on China

According to Wikipedia:

Freezing rain is a type of precipitation that begins as snow at higher altitude, falling from a cloud towards earth, melts completely on its way down while passing through a layer of air above freezing temperature, and then encounters a layer below freezing at lower level to become super cooled.

Simply put, it's like when your beer stays too long in the fridge and is about to freeze. Once you touch it, it's gone.

Freezing rains is relatively common on China. People make some nice pictures when it happens.
